What makes the Dischin' team so unique is that the coordinating couple can be in two places at once. Crissalane is all about the details, style, etiquette and organization while Johnny keeps the groom and his men in the right place at the right time, handles all technical emergencies, negotiates on behalf of the bride and groom with vendors and can make magic happen with pre-planning organization.
