The Vineyard Creek Hotel is a great place for a celebration- their staff is organized, efficient and helpful, and the layout superb for indoor/outdoor celebrations. They have a variety of spaces available for events.... inside and outside, and they seem to be flexible with their clients regarding layout and design. One of the nicest things for me, as a vendor is that when I work at the Vineyard Creek the staff makes sure that I am taken care of- that I have what I need to do my best work, whether that means access to power, a bottle of water, or answers to questions. Which reflects on the care that they take with their wedding clients....

Our fees include all basic table setting items (flatware, plateware, glassware), basic linens, mirrors and votives for the tables, dance floor and staging. We are more than happy to arrange rentals of various other items.

One server for every 20 guests.
 
Do you require clients to use a specific list of vendors?
We have a list of Recommended Vendors, but clients are welcome to use whomever they would like.
 
Do you have any special side rooms that can be rented out for the occasion?
We have many other rooms that can be utilized for Dressing Rooms, etc.
 
Can the client provide their own alcohol if desired?
The client may bring their own champagne or wine (it will be charged at $15 per 750 ml. bottle).

Music can only be played until 10pm for all outdoor locations, otherwise it can be played until 12am for indoor locations being utilized.
 
Do you offer security, if requested?
We can hire security officers (for an additional fee) when requested by the client.
