How does your venue determine the cost of the space?
Historic Park-McCullough normally charges a flat fee for use f the estate, but that can be changed depending on your contract.
Do you offer additional items for the ceremony?
Our beautiful Rose Garden is the perfect location for any ceremony. It includes a reflecting pond with 2 small fountains, 2 white arbors and we provide chairs for you ceremony.
Do you rent other items such as linens, tables, or flatware?
The Hardcore maple floors in the Carriage Barn makes the perfect dance floor. Also included in the rental of the estate are tables and chairs for up to 175 guests.
Do you require clients to use a specific list of vendors?
No, we do not require you to use any Vendors, but can provide a lsit of recommended vendors.
Do you require the client to use your musicians? If you do not require this, is that an additional fee to bring in one's own musicians?
You may choose any musician.
Can the client provide their own alcohol if desired?
No
How many power outlets does the venue have?
There are numerous outlets in the Historic Carriage Barn to allow for many different event setups.
What restrictions (if any) on music?
Music must end at 11 pm per the Town.
If your site is in a public location, is the client required to get any permits?
No permits are required
Does your venue often accommodate more than one event at a time?
No, when renting the estate for a wedding you have exclusive use.
