Tips and Advice
When planning the wedding reception details, I always ask Brides and Grooms some simple questions:

"At the last wedding you attended, do you remember the color of the linens or if chair covers were used?"
"Do you remember if roses or gerberas were used in the center pieces?"
"Do you remember if you were served roasted chicken breast, yet again?"
"Did you have to wait for a drink at the bar?"

If you are fortunate enough to have some additional funds in your budget, put it to good use.  Instead of upgrading linens or flowers or even favors, the funds can be better spent by upgrading your menu or adding additional bartenders during the busier times.  These are touches that your guests will truly appreciate as it directly impacts their experience while sharing your most special day.
