Hidden River Events is a 17 acre farm just 10 minutes east of Asheville, North Carolina in Western North Carolina.  Whether you are local or from out-of-town and looking for a place for a destination wedding, Hidden River can serve your needs.  We provide the basic infrastructure for a largely outdoor ceremony and reception site for small or large (up to 300) weddings.  This includes:  over 3500 s.f. of tent (located on a permanent concrete foundation and with sidewalls and heaters, if needed), tables (60" rounds, 8' serving, and cocktail), chairs, dance floor, sound system, mahogany canopies for outdoor shading, ice chests, catering serving area, permanent bathroom facilities, 5 passenger golf cart, horse and carriage, etc.).  Clients who book with us have the entire day on our property and the ability to add housing (4 guests homes with 12 rooms for 12-48 guests) as needed and available.  Clients who book also receive our extensive Vendor Packet, giving you insight into highly qualified and reasonable vendors in our area in all of the necessary areas of interest, i.e. music, food, photography, flowers, etc.  We give you freedom to select your own vendors, or, if you request, we can provide all-inclusive full-service packages to make your wedding day completely stress free.  Our main goal is to help our Clients enjoy their day and the months preceeding their wedding so the focus is where it should be:  on creating and sustaining a lasting relationship.  We hope that our service and facilities match the beauty of our surrounding mountainscape and the gentleness of the river that flows through our property.  That's a tall order!  Email us today to set up a tour!  We have special rates for Clients who book remaining dates in 2009 and upcoming dates in 2010, if they book before March 1, 2009.
