How does your venue determine the cost of the space?
Depends on the contract. There is a flat room rental fee. Catering prices vary.
Do you offer any special services?
We offer on site wedding coordination for an additional charge. We can help you find bridesmaids and groomsman gifts. We offer a limosuine cart for an extra charge that will pick your guests up at there cars and take them to the ceremony.
Do you offer any special packages for rehearsal dinners?
Rehearsal Dinners is a charge of $150 instead of the room rental fee.
Do you offer additional items for the ceremony?
We can offer candelabras, tents, and chairs.
Do you rent other items such as linens, tables, or flatware?
All tables and chairs are included in the rental fee. We can get linens, flatware, glassware, tents, etc. for an extra fee. Included in the rental cost we will also set up tables.
What is your staff-to-guest ratio?
We have one 2 staff members for every 40 people.
Do you require clients to use a specific list of vendors?
We do not require that they use any particular vendor however we can recommend vendors that have worked well with us and that do a great job.
Do you require the client to use your musicians? If you do not require this, is that an additional fee to bring in one's own musicians?
Clients can bringin whoever they like.
Do you have any special side rooms that can be rented out for the occasion?
We do offer the gallery that is $100 extra on any rental.
Can the client provide their own alcohol if desired?
No. Our liqour license is the same as a resturant.

Several.
What restrictions (if any) on decorations?
All decorations must be free standing. All candles must be contained or dripless.
What restrictions (if any) on photography?
Only if they decide to take pictures on the course. The only rule is that they don't interfere with play.

Music has to be off by 11:00 due to the neighborhoods around the course.

There is no dress code except guests should dress appropriately.

The bathrooms are in the front of the building. They are very nice with full length mirrors, beautiful tile floors and marble countertops.

There is plenty of parking in front of the buildings and golf course we also have an extra parking lot.
