A few months ago I was a bridesmaid in one of my best friends wedding - her gift to us was custom-made jewelry by Heidi. Not only were the earrings & necklaces beautifully designed but the customer service was amazing. The wedding was in Alaska and the mail service up there is something never to be trusted. - When the first shipment didn't make it Heidi went above and beyond the call of duty working into the wee hours of the night and had an entirely new set of beautifully packaged jewelry in the bride's hands the very next day.
