Our goal is to provide you with unsurpassed coustomer service for your special day. To ensure that level of service, we only book one event per date. You will feel confident that all the details will be taken care of. Our attention is solely on you, not the next event to get to.

What type of decor (if any) do you offer? candle stands, mirrors, vases, pillars, urns

Do you provide non-floral additions to floral arrangements? Crystals, Rhinestones, feathers, Family heirlooms(grandmas handkerchief, love notes, photos)

Do you offer full-services, such as wedding day set-up, for an additional fee? We offer wedding day set up for an additional fee. We also offer servicing your wedding, which includes Heaven Scent Florals staff pinning on all boutonnieres and corsages, staying throughout the ceremony and moving any items from the ceremony to the reception site for decoration there. This is also a extra charge.

If you have not worked at the ceremony and/or reception sites previously, would you be willing to visit the sites before the event? yes

1.When to start looking for my wedding florist?

Start shopping 6 to 12 months ahead of time. The best wedding floral designers can book up rather quickly.

2. What should I look for in a florist?

Your florist should be someone you are at ease with. There will be a lot of interaction between the two of you before and on your wedding day. Your florist should be a very attentive listener. It is important for them to get a sense of your personal style, likes and dislikes.

Make sure the florist that you have your consultation with is actually the person who will be making your flowers. A lot can get lost in translation if they are letting someone else make your flowers.

Be sure to look at work they have done themselves not just industry publications. Remember you want to see what they have actually made to ensure their style is what you want.

Make sure that your florist does not over-book. Ask how many weddings or events they book on one date. If they are handling multiple weddings they may not give the special attention that your special day deserves.

3. What should I bring to my floral consultation?

Most brides, once they get engaged, start gathering ideas for their wedding. They are out there on the internet, looking through magazines, so any pictures of flowers or color schemes, are helpful. Pictures of your gown and bridesmaids dresses are helpful as well. Anything you can think of, that will help you convey your thoughts for your wedding, would be welcomed.

4.Who should I bring to my consultation?

It is a good idea not to bring too many people to the consultation. It can be a lengthy process as there are many details to go over. Too many opinions can frustrate the bride and extend the consultation needlessly. Whether you bring your Mother, Fiancé, or maid of honor. We suggest no more than 3 people total attending the consultation.
