Heaven is an independent 7,000 sf venue with a 2,000 sf patio surrounded by a lake with LED lit waterfalls. Our capacity is 550 people standing or 375 seated. We charge a flat fee of $3,500 which includes:

• 24 hour use of the facility, beautiful Italian white leather couches and white sheers framing the windows (with a view of the aforementioned lake),
• use of a 500 sf fully equipped kitchen,
• over 400 parking spaces,
• a vertical format flat screen to portray whatever they want,
• a quadrophonic speaker system that is I-pod driven (the client can plug his own if he so wishes) that pipes music in the lobby, bathrooms and patio,
• a maitre d' who stays at the venue for the entirety of the event and
• The cleaning fee.
• Power: 6 20 amp circuits and 3 60 amp 3 phased disconnect

 

We allow any caterer as long as they are licensed and insured but we like to recommend the ones from our preferred vendors list on our website.

Because Heaven is an independend venue, you will need to rent every service from outside vendors. The minimum budget to have a wedding at Heaven is $22,000.
