Does a client need to schedule an appointment? How do the client appointments work?
Yes, we require a scheduled appointment to try on gowns. Gown appointments take a hour and fifteen minutes, and accessory appointments are scheduled for an hour.
What wedding dress brands do you carry at your boutique?
We carry Martina Liana, Essense of Australia, Augusta Jones, Matthew Christopher, Stephanie James, Valena Valentina, and Caroline de Villo gowns.
What is the typical turn-around time for a dress?
Dresses usually take about 12-14 weeks to get back into the store and we usually start the tailoring process 5 weeks out from the wedding. In all, give yourself at least 4 months from start to finish, but of course, the earlier the better!
Do you carry new or once worn gowns?
The gowns that we have in store are samples, and once you decide which gown you want to wear on your wedding day, we will order a new one in your size.
How often do you receive new dresses?
We get new inventory twice a year, in spring and fall.
Do you have a seamstress onsite?
We have an amazing tailor Laura! You are not obligated to use her, but all our brides love her and she does an amazing job.
In addition to wedding dresses, what other products do you sell?
We are known for our bridal and bridesmaid jewelry. All our pieces are designed by our owner and are custom-made for your special day. We also carry Sara Gabriel and Jennifer Leigh veils, along with Grazia and Grace shoes. We are the perfect one-stop shop for the bride that wants to dazzle on her wedding day!
