We had an absolutely tremendous wedding experience at the Harvard Art Museum!! This was in no small part due to our wonderful interactions with Neil Nolan from The Catered Affair. Quite frankly, Neil is the man! He is calm, amazingly understanding, attentive, kind and super resourceful! He was extremely patient in showing us the venues (Busch Hall and the Museum) multiple times and applied just the right amount of pressure to make sure that we got things done on time! Most importantly, he truly listened to our ideas and offered us both a seasoned eye and excellent advice in throughout every aspect of the wedding. Ultimately, we ended up deciding to have the ceremony outdoors at Busch Hall before moving the remainder of the festivities to the museum. Both venues were absolutely gorgeous, from the picturesque ivy on the walls of Busch Hall to the wonderfully airy feel of the Calderwood courtyard at the museum. Our guests enjoyed the chance to walk around the galleries and the overall service from the entire staff was exemplary! We also had multiple comments on how unique and delicious the food was! To summarize, we had the perfect experience from start to finish working with Neil, Geri (Harvard Art Museum) and everyone on the staff!

We can't say enough good things about the Harvard Art Museum. Neil Nolan at The Catered Affair and Geri Calvert at the Harvard Art Museum were a pleasure to work with and helped make our wedding both beautiful and fun. There are two things to think about when choosing a venue for your wedding - The planning process and the day itself. The Harvard Art Museum and the Catered Affair excelled at both. They are total pros and made planning our wedding easy and stress-free. They offered us good guidance, but were also receptive to our ideas. In short, they cared about making our wedding nice. The museum is also an absolutely gorgeous setting. The architecture plus the open galleries during cocktail hour really made for a unique wedding. The food is excellent and everyone on the staff worked to make the evening memorable for us and our guests.

Our wedding experience with The Catered Affair at the Harvard Art Museums, from start to finish, was absolutely perfect! Bryanne and Dakota made an amazing team, and made sure every single question we had was addressed. We always felt like TCA was ready and willing to make our dream wedding a reality. Their expertise and experience with weddings made them incredibly easy to work with, and from our first meeting, we knew we were in good hands. The team was also able to recommend many amazing vendors that we absolutely loved. On the day of the wedding itself, Bryanne and Dakota made sure that the entire event was executed seamlessly. It was a stress-free, magical day, and the TCA/Harvard Art Museums team really made it possible. The team remembered everything, even the tiniest details we had mentioned during our planning sessions. And they made sure we got to taste plenty of the delicious hor d'oeuvres, entrees and cake! We cannot recommend them enough!
