From the second we stepped foot into Handsome Hollow, we knew we had to get married here. It truly is a special place. Kate and Huck are the absolute best of the best at what they do. They were incredibly responsive during our year of planning and when the weekend finally came, they truly went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and looked beautiful. We had some weather issues after our rehearsal dinner, and they took full care to make sure everything went on as planned. We are so grateful we found them.

My wife and I got married at Handsome Hollow this summer. From the first minute of our visit until we packed our bags and left the Sunday after our wedding, Kate and Huck were an absolute dream to work with. We could not have hoped for a better venue and better people to work with.

The venue itself: Handsome Hollow is absolutely stunning. I’m biased but it’s the nicest wedding venue I’ve ever seen. We visited countless venues in the city and upstate and nothing came remotely close. We knew it was where we were going to get married the second we drove in and saw it. It’s really majestical.

Kate and Huck: Kate and Huck, the owners and operators of the venue are just incredible people. They are responsive, empathetic, positive, and helpful. We had a million questions planning our wedding and could always rely on Kate to respond. No question is out of bounds for them and they go out of their way to make things as seamless as possible.

Upstate/Location: The Catskills are gorgeous and the Western Catskills can feel like the most perfect and underrated part of the country. We were certain we wanted to get married there but coming from the city, had concerns about finding vendors, accommodation, etc.
Kate put as at ease from the first minute and we had quite a substantial number of top notch vendors to choose from for every aspect of our wedding. Accommodation turned out to be a breeze with really lovely B&Bs around the area, and some really large Airbnbs that are great for big groups a short distance away from Handsome Hollow. We also easily found a transportation company through Kate that was able to accommodate a wide range of destinations and each of our guests was picked up and dropped off to wherever they were staying with ease. Our caterer and florist were both incredible as well. There quite literally wasn’t a single vendor we struggled to find, in no small part due to Kate helping us every step of the way.

We cannot recommend Handsome Hollow enough.

Handsome Hollow is a stunning venue! We had rain in our forecast but no problem, because the barn is as beautiful as the grounds! When the skies cleared at the last moment, the staff made sure my daughter had her dream outdoor wedding. Kate, Huck and staff are responsive, professional, accommodating and just plain wonderful! Our vendors loved working with them and made my daughter's day so special. Little details are seen to and big details are handled. Handsome Hollow is perfect!
