As a bridal guide, I will help make a brides wedding day a hassle free experience by creating a calm and organized atmosphere. Unlike an event designer, I work with the information given to me in order to double check details, decisions and services that have been contracted for. You can be sure that your preparation will flow smoothly and on time, giving you the freedom  to relax and enjoy your day. It is a budget friendly way to get peace of mind on the BIG day!

PRE-WEDDING COORDINATION: (Included but not limited to)

Consultation with the bride and groom
Recommend vendors that will fit with your budget and style
Reconfirm all wedding day vendors prior to the wedding
Coordinate final payments with vendors
Create and finalize your "getting ready" schedule

MORNING OF COORDINATION: (Included but not limited to)

Oversee and execute wedding day schedule
Make or receive any last minute calls
Give directions to any vendors or guests
Coordinate hair and makeup schedules to ensure services are finished in a timely manner
Set up and clean up food or refreshments (available to pick up the food if needed)
Greet and assist wedding vendors (photographer, videographer, and florist)
Receive flower delivery and confirm all bouquets, boutonnieres and flower baskets
Assist bridal party with getting dressed, keep them on time for pictures and departure
Help bride put on her gown
Gather bridal party and family for photos
Ensure transportation arrives on time to depart for ceremony
