What are your hours of business?
-We do not have regular business hours. All clients are met by appointment only basis. Please call Cindy Brown at 910-383-1922 or email info@graphicaffairs.com to schedule an appointment. What service areas do you cover? -We offer services in the New Hanover and Brunswick Counties in North Carolina. We also occasionally do destination weddings in the Caribbean, and travel to Rockland and Westchester Counties in New York. If I want your service and I live outside the New Hanover and Brunswick County, North Carolina area are there any additional fees? -Yes, when we travel outside our regular coverage areas a travel fee covers airfare, lodging, car rental, gas, and food. All travel fees are non-negotiable and are subject to our discretion. Do you have a showroom? -No we do not have a showroom. We like to be a service and not a hassle, so we make it convenient to you. This in turn allows our service packages to remain low, because we do not have an overhead. What form of payment do you take? -We take cash, check, money orders and credit cards via PayPal. Do you offer payment plans? -Yes we do. We understand our bride’s needs desires and wants, so we can accommodate your financial needs. What do you require to book your services? -We require a signed contract and a 25% non-refundable deposit when contract is signed. What does your pricing usually include? -Our prices include on-going consultations, booking fee, delivery, design and layout, set-up and take down services plus applicable taxes. Do you offer free or for charge consultations? -Yes, we offer both. Initial consultations are free with no obligations. After the initial consultation if a contract has not been sign with us, but need additional advice the charge is $ 50.00 per hour for any further consultation. I have booked my vendors for my event. Do you work in conjunction to other vendors? -Yes, if vendors have been booked for your event and need additional items or assistance, we can step-in at a fee. Services include but not limited to, confirming vendors for your event, direct your event, or laying your event on paper. Starting fee is $300.00 and up. Do you offer full-services, such as wedding day setup, for an additional fee? - Yes we do. Do you do floor plan layouts for events? -Yes we do black and white and color layouts specific to your design needs. Do you do fresh or artificial floral arrangements? -We do both fresh and artificial floral arrangements. Decision is made by the bride’s discretion and their budget. Do you provide free or for charge sample arrangements? -We request a fee of $150.00 for sample arrangements that is not part of a signed contract. If a signed contract has been establish with us, you will get a mock set-up free. Can we rent vases and other miscellaneous items and do it ourselves? -Currently at this time we do not rent our items, but we provide the service, which provides brides with a budget friendly way too decorate. Do you have a catalog or other printed material you can send me? -Due to the fact that new items are constantly being developed, and to keep costs down, as well as being eco-friendly we do not have a printed catalog of our items. We do offer samples upon request. If you have not worked at the ceremony or reception sites previously, would you be willing to visit the sites before the event? -Definitely yes, this how we draw the inspiration to customize your day. Do you offer any other specialization that was not been covered? -Yes, we offer balloon décor as well. |
