~Hot Colors: Navy, Raspberry & Yellow. Other hot color combos: steel gray, buttery yellow and raspberry. Swap out the chocolate brown for bronzes, coppers, and even black. Yes. black is back.
~Think about alternative summery music styles like a steeldrum band during the cocktail party.  That will really get the guests in the mood.
~Serving a fun food that the bride really likes. One bride loves french fries so we are creating a french fry bar with different types of french fry's and dipping sauces.
~Carmel Apple bar.  Instead of the chocolate flowing in a fountain how about carmel.  Serve with different types of apples and toppings.  Of couse still provide some hot melted chocolate.
~Add something fun with the wedding cake that is sliced and served.  Shot of Baileys, Chocolate Dipped Strawberry, Raspberry Puree designed on the plate.
~Tray pass mini corn dogs and mini hamburgers later on in the evening while guests are dancing.

~Hire an Ice Cream truck at the end of the night offering summertime favorites, how nostaligic
