How many photographers do you work with?
When necessary, I have 2 other photographers I can team with.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
I guarantee my presence as much as is within my control. I haven't missed one yet.
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
Never
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
I have available for use: 2 Nikon D80 Digital SLR; tripods; synchronized flashes; mobile studio
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
yes. I bring additional batteries, bulbs, batteries. I always have at least 2 cameras.
Do you charge hourly or full day?
We have options for hourly or a full day package. Our custom menu can be used for you to personalize your package.
Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?
$75.00/hr beyond the agreed upon time,
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
I break when my day is done
Do you charge for travel?
I charge for travel if the milage is 25 miles or more from my place of business. If the milage is more than 150, I cahrge for lodging in an appropriate hotel near the event.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
Proofs are typically available 2-3 weeks after your event.
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
You have a choice of contact sheets or from our website
How long can the client keep the proofs?
To ensure you get your photographs as soon as possible, we recommend you return the contact sheets with your choiced identified within 3 weeks of your event. If you choos to keep them longer, delivery of final prints/books may be delayed.
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
NO, those are your memories. I will not copyright them.
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
Since I will not copyright your memories, I do reserve the right to publish the photos, use for my personal portfolio or to promote my business via brochures, web sites or direct sales events
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
Digital files are included to customers who purchase our Plus or Supreme package. For other customers, the option is available to purchase your entire file.
Will images be available for viewing online?
Your images are usually within 2 weeks of your event.
What kind of albums do you offer?
Digital Storybooks are my specialty or you can have a high-quality traditional photo album.
When will the client get the final album?
Typically, you can expect to receive your final book within 3 weeks of picking your photos, online or by returning your contact sheets.
