My friends and I visited many salons in trying to find someone to do our hair and makeup on my wedding day and we also met with Heather from Glam on Location. What struck me first was her personality, she was professional but also friendly. It was easy to talk with her as we sat and had coffee and review her work. She explained her contract and all her services. We went on to a few more appointments but at the end of the day I knew I would be signing with Heather. She was the only one who seemed genuinely interested in making me look on my wedding day exactly how I wanted. Not to mention she was reasonably priced. We met a second time and went over the contract again for me, my maid of honor and bridesmaid. My hair is thin and I knew it would take a lot to get the gorgeous up do I always wanted. Not only did Heather find and buy the hair pieces I would need for fullness she also dyed them as well as my hair to match. One of my trial runs happened to be before my bachelorette party and after she had taken down my wedding up do she styled it for me so I would look great on my night out. She made sure I was happy with what she did and never made me feel like I couldn't tell her I didn't like something. The day of the wedding she was right on time and even let us use her phone to broadcast the Sabres game because the hotel TV did not pick it up. She was funny and nice and my girls loved her as well. Their hair and make up turned out amazing. Words cannot describe how happy I was with how I looked for my wedding. I've always felt I had a pretty face but Heather made me feel beautiful for the first time in my life and that's how you're supposed to feel on your big day, right? The look on my groom's face when he saw me confirmed that I looked perfect and all throughout the night everyone complimented how amazing I and my two girls looked. Thank you Heather for being absolutely wonderful.
