From flour to salt, Gateau is dedicated to providing its customers with the freshest and most sustainable ingredients possible. We feel strongly about supporting local farmers and businesses, so we use local and or organic ingredients whenever possible. Our desserts are made to order and hand crafted without the use of artificial preservatives. Gateau also puts great effort into reducing its impact on the environment. Nearly all waste created during production is either composted or recycled, and our packaging is 100% recyclable.
