We are a husband and wife team, but sometimes we hire photography assistants. But you always get us.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Yes!!!
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
Never more then one wedding a day, if a small wedding we may book more then one wedding on the weekend, but never the same day. But full day weddings we dont usaully book any other weddings that weekend.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
Yes we do.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
We have our cameras, back up cameras, external flashes, some light equitment. We dont carry to much with us, we like to be free moving and always be there for the right moment and not have to hassle with to much photography equitment.
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Yes.
Do you charge hourly or full day?
We charge mainly by the package, but can offer hourly rate depending on your need. Just contact us for more information.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
That all really depends. We always have 2 photographers or more on hand. So we will take breaks when we need to when it seems to be a down time.
Do you charge for travel?
Anything outside of the Twin City area's we may charge on traveling, depends on the package you request. We do except worldwide weddings, only for full day weddings. We may exchange travel expensives with low rate on the wedding or call it even. We always want to travel!
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
They are ready 3-5 business days after the wedding.
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
Website with client password proctection.
How long can the client keep the proofs?
They stay on the website for 3-4 months there after the wedding. We keep all images of the wedding for up to two years. Just incase you need them.
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
With all weddings we send a copy right release along with the DVD of the images.
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
Yes we do.
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
Yes we do.
Will images be available for viewing online?
Yes Online cleint proof with password protection.
What kind of albums do you offer?
We offer coffee table like albums the prices range from $75 on up. Contact us for details.
When will the client get the final album?
It can take up to 6 weeks to get the Wedding Album.
