Chef Raul Bosch has been a member of the Orlando Community for over 20 years. His style of cooking has been inspired by numerous experiences beginning in New York City. Chef Raul began his career at the Waldorf Astoria as saucier. From there he went on to learn different areas of the kitchen at such esteemed establishments like Tavern on the Green, The Lincoln Center Metropolitan Opera House, and Newman and Bogdonoff Catering.
After deciding on relocating to Central Florida, Chef Raul has overseen the kitchens of a number of outstanding restaurants here in Orlando. He has served as the Executive Chef for Bergamo’s Italian Restaurant, Palio’s at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin, Banquet Chef at The Villas of Grand Cypress, Chef for Citrico’s at the Grand Floridian Resort and finally, the Coral Reef Restaurant at EPCOT Center.
In 2007, he followed his dream with the help of his wife and brother-in-law of opening his own catering business. Now, a Foodie himself (a person keenly interested in food, especially in eating or cooking). Foodie Catering offers the Orlando Metropolitan area a caterer like no other by providing his creative, unique and diversified cuisine each with its own special touch to make you feel if you are this caterer’s only guest.
