Before Hurricane Katrina, in 2005, we were a full service upscale pastry shop and cafe, offering individual desserts for sale as well as soups, salads and sandwiches for lunch. Unfortunately, due to the 100% devastation to St Bernard Parish by Katrina, we have reinvented ourselves so that now we only offer specialty cakes.

We still focus on fresh cake from scratch, made with local ingredients, whether for a birthday or a wedding for 500 people!  We are open by appointment only so if you order a cake you just have to call us when you arrive as we no longer have a walk-in clientele. We do have many cake pickups on Saturdays so our shop is open from 10am to 4pm, or until the last cake is picked up.
