A cake & pastry boutique created by Janet Lee and Nicole Chibnik, Flour believes in using the highest quality ingredients. All cakes and pastries are baked fresh and never frozen. Cakes, fillings, frostings and fondant are made from scratch with real butter, cream, chocolate & fruit. We are dedicated to the discipline of balancing flavor, flawless form and beautiful designs. Recent work includes working with chef Tony Mantuano of Spiaggia in creating the chocolate “Cloud Gate” dessert served at the International Olympic Committee’s City Nights dinner in the new Modern Wing of the Art Institute. |
