The Fit 4 Life mission is to empower you with motivation, inspiration, education, and resources towards your goals to improve your health and fitness by providing both Private & a variety of Group fitness options in a comfortable studio setting.
Fit 4 Life provides one-on-one specific rehabilitation training, core-strengthening, weight loss, nutrition, strength and endurance training and education. Our instructors are certified in each category they teach and have a superior reputation for bringing the energy to keep you motivated! Fit 4 Life will continue to prioritize individual needs because YOU are our first priority!
Shannon Peterson, owner of Fit 4 Life, is a University of Maryland business graduate and International Sports Sciences Association Certified Fitness Trainer and Sports Performance Nutritionist. Shannon's desire is to assist others in building a nutritional foundation; incorporating strength training, cardiovascular endurance and positive energy benefits to create your "Fit 4 Life" lifestyle.

Fitness Classes
- Yoga - An all levels Vinyasa Flow, vinyasa meaning “breath-synchronized movement”, moving from one pose to the next on an inhale or exhale. Engaging strength, core focus and flexibility. A practice of beginner to challenging moves for tone and to balance physical well-being.
- Boot Camp - A body-resistance, cardiovascular, fat-burning experience. Featuring calisthenics and intense non-stop activity to challenge you, yet tailored to assist those just getting started. Very little equipment is used and provided for you.
- Kickboxing - A blend of athletic drills combined with mixed-martial arts involving repeated punch & kick combination intervals creating an intense cardiovascular workout.
- RIPPED - Resistance Intervals Power Plyometrics Endurance Diet
Non-stop, intense intervals designed to help you lose weight and build muscle in a fun, ever-changing format pushing you to your limits. As with all exercise, our 123 nutrition plan is highly recommended.
- Zumba - A dance-based aerobics workout using up-tempo Latin music and dance styles including salsa, mambo, cha cha, and hip-hop combinations with resistance for a full-body rhythmic dance-party workout. |
