Notice/ Cancellation
Please place all catering orders 72 hours before the event date, to ensure that items offered on the catering menu are available, as some specialty items may be limited in availability. Events being held Monday –Wednesday need to be confirmed by the preceding Saturday to uphold the 72 hour notice policy. Cancelling event also requires a 72 hour notice, if this is not upheld the deposit is forfeited.
Pricing
Arrangements made need to include: the exact number of people attending event, quantities needed if décor items are being rented, or if favors are being purchased. The number of guests attending needs to be confirmed within the 72 hour period, as number of guests will represent a guarantee, that will not be subject to reduction.

Deposit/ sales tax/ service charge
50% deposit is required for all orders at the time order is confirmed and balance is due when order is delivered. Any returned checks are subject to $75 returned check fee.
6% sales tax and 20% service charge.
Disposables
Upon request, Fenton’s Catering can provide disposable place settings for your event, including: paper napkins, heavy-duty plastic cutlery, dinner plate and plastic beverage cup. This service is available for $1.75 per person.
