No, that is our responsibility

We have many extra's available if you would like them at your event.
 
How much time do you usually need to set up? Do you require that the site or client provide a table for you to set up on?
We arrive about an hour and a half before our start time to begin the load in and set up. This generally takes less than half an hour, but we arrive early to counter any unforseen emergencies.
 
Do you have any extra space requirements?
None.
 
Do you usually emcee the event or talk between songs?
Yes, we emcee the reception to your specifications and usually keep the talking between songs to a minimum (usually added when necessary)
 
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
No, a meal break is not required in our contract. It is nice if you provided one, but it is not required.
 
Will you arrange for recorded music to play during your breaks?

Yes, we have an emergency back up system in place
 
What is your overtime rate?
That varies depending upon the package that is booked and can be discussed during a consulation.
 
Do you charge for travel expenses? If yes, how much do you charge?
Travel fees will apply if a job is over 100 miles from our office. The fee will depend upon how far the job is from our service area.
