Welcome to fancibags! My creative love of fabric and color has led me to design and fabricate One-of-a-Kind cloth bags for Brides, Wedding Parties, Proms, Formal and Evening outings and also many everyday purses.

My clients inspire me when I am designing their bags with a piece of fabric to incorporate into the design...a favorite pin or corsage...or we even use extra fabric from the outfit they will be wearing. Sometimes it is just a conversation we’ve had that starts the process.

Fancibags are the most amazingly beautiful “one of a kind” handbags you will ever find. I was impressed with photos of the bags but when I actually saw one I was truly awed. The attention to detail and inspired use of new and vintage materials is unique. This versatile accessory will accent an elegant evening gown or your favorite jeans. Question:  Do you only make only wedding bags?
Answer:       I also make evening bags, prom bags, small everyday style handbags, bridesmaid bags, flowergirl baskets or   bags, ring bearer pillows and bow and neck ties to coordinate with your event.

Question:  How long does it take to create the bags?
Answer:    After the design is finallized, it usually takes 4-6 weeks; depending on the detail of the design and the availabilty of materials.  A rush order can be discussed to see if it is possible.

Question:  What materials do you use to make the bags?
Answer:    All of my bags are handmade by me in my studio from the finest fabrics. I try to include vintage lace, ribbons and embellishments whenerer requested.  I love to include Swarovski crystals, feathers, vintage appliques, heirloom jewelry and fabric remnants from your bridal gown to complete your design. I also love to customize your bag with vintage silk and handmade flowers that coordinate with your theme.

Question:  What payment is required to place an order?
Answer:    I require a 50% deposit to place an order after design finalization.  Balance due prior to shipment. I will send an email invoice when your bag is completed and ready to ship to confirm balance due.

Question: Can I cancel an order?
Answer:   Cancellations are only accepted for (3) three days from the date of order placement. Please send an email to primrose@nctc.com to confirm that you want to cancel your order. If you have any questions please feel free to call or email me to discuss. I would appriciate the opportunity to correct any problem or errors. Since all of my bags are One-of-a-Kind, and materials are being secured to meet your required date, I can not return your deposit after the three day period. 

Question: How are the bags shipped?
Answer:   Each fancibag is shipped insured in its own signature purple box via USPS Priority Mail. This usually takes 2-3 business days depending on your location. If you are outside the continental United States or an International location...please contact me for a shipping quote.



              

Why do I need a Bridal Bag?

Your wedding day is not a day to carry around your regular purse. You have spent a lot of time making sure that your dress, veil, shoes, hair, accessories and even your stockings are just right. That look can be ruined unless you have the perfect bridal bag. So have fun finding the perfect bag to keep all of your essentials  (I.D., lip gloss, tissues, etc.) together in one place.  It can be a unique piece that you carry as you enter your reception or a bag that can hold your wedding cards and dangles from your arm as you walk around talking with your guests. You don't want to carry it during the ceremony so have a BM or Mom hold it for you. It will come in handy for touch-ups as the wedding goes on.
