Do you travel to the client on the day of the wedding? If yes, is there a fee? Yes. Travel fees may be incurred depending on distance.
Do you charge for trials? Yes. The artists are working so there is a fee for trials.
How many customers can you serve at one time, if a bride were to book her entire bridal party? We have multiple artists, so we could handle small to large bridal parties.
How far in advance should wedding clients make reservations? We ask that you make reservations at least a week in advance.
What is your cancellation policy? We require a minimum 24 hours notice when cancelling an appointment to receive a 50% refund.
