Additional Questions and Answers
How long is the rental period?
The equipment is available for a 48-hour period at no additional cost.

Does the equipment need to be returned clean?
We wash and sanitize all equipment after each rental. There are items that need attention, though. This list includes: dumping charcoal from grills, scraping food from plates, and removing any food or water from chafers, refrigerators or any other piece of equipment.

Is there a minimum order?
No event is too small or too large. We will deliver 1 table or 100 tables. We do, however, rent our linen napkins and flatware in bundles of 10, and our glassware in racks of 16, 25 or 36 depending on the size of the glass.

Is your delivery area limited?
No, we will deliver anywhere. We can ship orders as well. Call our Customer Service Department for more information and pricing.

What if I have a last minute emergency?
With our special, private After Hours Emergency Line we are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Are colored linens more expensive that white?
No, all solid colored linens are priced the same. There are over 40 different solid colors to choose from.

How much skirting will I need for the tables?
Our skirting comes in 8’ and 14’ sections. Simply measure the length of the tables that need to be skirted. A Special Events Representative will be happy to help you with all your skirting questions.

How do I know that my rental items will go with my room décor?
Customers are welcome to take equipment, such as a candelabra or tablecloth, at no charge. We just need a credit card number for a security deposit.

Where are you located?
We are located in the Sweet Valley Industrial Parkway behind the Cinemark Movie Theater on Canal Road. Our large showroom allows you to see items and view our seasonally changing set-ups.

Tips and Advice
For over 25 years, we have been helping our customers plan their events with ideas that make events run smoother. Additionally, we are current with nationwide industry trends to bring a unique and creative twist to your next event. Here are a few planning tips. Our service representatives can assist you with your specific event so feel free to contact us. If you have an idea or tip you’d like to share with us, let us know. Thank you.

Chafers
Use chafers during warm weather to keep cold salads fresh. Fill the water pan with ice and put your potato salad and cold seafood in the food pan for buffets. Add ice as needed for ultimate freshness. Your guests will appreciate the clean look with no mess from the melted ice. Of course, you will want separate chafers for your hot food.

Desserts
Serving desserts in unusual glassware or on unique serving utensils can be very dramatic. Try martini glasses for sorbet and fruit or layer strawberries, sour cream & brown sugar in a tulip champagne glasses. Margarita glasses also make a great dessert presentation. See our complete line of glasswares for more ideas.

Coffee and Tea Bars
Coffee and tea bars are very popular. Recommend one to your customer with confidence. We have silver urns & cambria 4” glass and silver bowls for chocolate, whipped cream, orange zest and cinnamon. You could recommend Irish coffee mugs & silver or glass creamers and sugar. To really dramatize the table, add a silver candelabra.

Improve the Presentation
Adding dimension to your food and beverage table with various heights and textures can really increase eye appeal. We carry an array of complementary fabrics. These, along with glass cubes and other accessories, can dramatically enhance your presentations.

Small areas
When working with small areas, suggest 30” and 36” round cocktail tables. They are perfect for standing and eating when juggling a plate and glass can be awkward at a cocktail party. Your clients will appreciate the suggestion. Small areas are the perfect application of a bit of sparkle. Consider our crush, pintuck or sparkle organzas to add festivity to the space.

Variety
Don’t get into a rut! Offer different plates for each course. For instance, cobalt blue for salad or appetizer, Majestic plates for dinner, and a simple white for dessert.

Accent your tables
Lighting and vases are so important for a well-set table. Use candelabras, votive towers or vases to totally accent your food or linen.

Charger plates
We are frequently asked, “When is the charger plate removed?” This is totally up to the caterer. While many feel that it should be removed before the dinner is served, many etiquette books state that it is appropriate to leave the charger on the table throughout the entire meal.
