She was always super responsive starting from our initial contact, patient with all of my questions, and really took the time to get to know me and my desires for my dream wedding. When my vision grew larger than my budget, she made excellent recommendations on how I could still achieve my desired aesthetic without breaking the bank. We had several meetings throughout the planning process to discuss ideas and solidify the vision and she was very organized and methodical in her execution. When my pre-wedding jitters/worries started kicking in, she reassured me that she had everything under control and she definitely delivered! My wedding ceremony and reception was absolutely dreamy. I think the pictures show how gorgeous everything turned out, but it was even more beautiful in person. I had never seen roses so large and perfectly in bloom and the tables literally sparkled. All of my guests were in awe and many commented that it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever attended. Additionally, I had my ceremony and reception in the same ballroom and the Event Loft team, along with the catering staff and my wedding planner transformed the room in record time during the cocktail hour. Eilena with Event Loft was a joy to work with. She is very organized, responsive, and kept all of the planning on track. She brought a very calming presence in what can be a stressful process. We provided our budget and she gave a clear proposal that matched our vision. The final product far exceeded my expectations. The floral displays were so beautiful and the set up and clean up process was stress-free for us. She worked directly with our venue leaving us to focus on other things. Alicia fulfilled our vision beyond measure. As the groom, I didn't know a lot about floral arrangements and weddings but the one thing I did know is that my wife and I trusted Alicia! She took her time with us, even taught me a few things. Our first reveal after cocktail hour left us both amazed and in tears. Alicia and her team transformed the space in every way; I could even recognize it from the original space. I am very particular, so much that I even came 10 hours early to sneak a peak.
