One of the top wedding planners in the area. We have worked together for many years, and I'm always impressed by the professionalism shown by the Engaging Affairs staff. Their attention to detail is reassuring that their clients will have amazing weddings!
It is always a pleasure when I get to work with Laura and one of her brides. She has a way of putting everyone at ease. She is always calm, which is so important for her brides....they know that they can relax and enjoy the process of preparing for a wedding because all details will be covered. I have worked with Laura for many many years and I have never seen her any other way but calm, happy and relaxed. And as a vendor....she truly cares that we have everything we need to meet the needs of our brides.
What a fantastic team of people to work with! Anytime we know that Engaging Affairs is running the event, we can rely on friendly, courteous help and direction, regular updates to the timeline as the event unfolds, timely breaks with great food and an overall positive experience. Engaging Affairs coordinates elegant events and that elegance is relayed in the way these coordinators interact with others as well. A wonderful company for vendors and brides to work with.

Additional Questions and Answers
What do you charge?   Our fees are often customized to the services you need so we always like to talk to brides and find out their particular needs before quoting a planning fee.

Can you save me money?   Yes.  A good planner will know how to budget properly and prioritize your spending.  Although we can’t guarantee any particular amount, we are almost always able to save brides money through negotiating with vendors and knowing how to make an event look more expensive than it is.

Tips and Advice
Don't get caught in the trap of doing things just because they are wedding "traditions."  This is your wedding, and it is an expression of you as a couple. Get creative and throw the rules out the window!
