Does a client need to schedule an appointment? How do the client appointments work?
With Encore Bridal you can shop in the comfort of your own home, no appointment needed. However, if you live in the Los Angeles area and would like to make an appointment to try on one of our gowns, please contact us.
What wedding dress brands do you carry at your boutique?
High-end designers such as Monique Lhuillier, Vera Wang, Kenneth Pool, Judd Waddell, Anne Barge, and Romona Keveza.
What is the typical turn-around time for a dress?
Our gowns are sold off-the-rack, one you make an online purchase your gown is shipped within 1-2 days.
How often do you receive new dresses?
Weekly
Do you provide any guarantees/warrantees of any kind?
No. However, we do have a 7 day return policy. You have 7 days from the day you receive your gown to make a decision as to whether or not it works for you.
Do you have a seamstress onsite?
No. We have several that we recommend in the Los Angeles area.
