Our unmatched service has given guests exclusive memberships to private beachside clubs and facilities, catering arrangements, and even book your entire groups accommodations for your big day. Emerald Isle Realty’s Event Planning Specialists are on location 365 days a year. We are available to take care of all the details, which makes planning your event stress-free. Tips and Advice
Emerald Isle Realty is thrilled you’ve chosen one of our gorgeous homes for your special event.  We’d like to help ensure that your event goes as smoothly as possible.  Below you will find helpful tips that we’ve compiled to help get the planning started.      
  • A maximum of 75 guests are allowed at an Emerald Isle Realty property for an event.  If your group is of more than 75 guests, contact the Events Director who can offer you other venues or homes that may allow a higher guest count for an additional fee. 
  • Security Deposits ranging from $1000-$2000 are required for all Wedding & Event properties.
  • Choose a property that will be adequate for the number of guests you are expecting.  Our Events Director will be happy to make recommendations based on your needs.    
  • Glass is prohibited on the sandy beaches of Emerald Isle.
  • Emerald Isle is a sea turtle sanctuary.  Please be cautious of nesting areas when planning for your event. 
  • We’ll be happy to help you with a back up plan in case of inclement weather.    
  • Emerald Isle Realty requires all rental equipment to be removed from the premises upon your departure in consideration of the next rental guest.  Just contact the friendly folks at Island Essentials Events & Tents who offer free weekend pick up along with a nice selection of equipment for your rental needs.   
  • Since parking is limited at most properties, special permission can be obtained from the Emerald Isle Police Department so that your guests may be able to park alongside of the surrounding streets.  Just be sure not to block driveways or emergency vehicle paths.  
  • The Town of Emerald Isle’s noise ordinance is 11pm. Please be conscientious when selecting an entertainment style if your wedding home is located in a residential area. A conversational tone should be maintained during your event to keep guests and neigbors happy.
