Recalling the luxury of the British Colonial era-casual elegance laced with West Indies charm – the Embassy Suites Historic Charleston is waiting to serve you with the Southern grace and hospitality that has become legend. Situated in a grand restoration of the original 19^th-century Citadel Military College and listed on the National Register of Historic Places.  We would be honored to be the host hotel for your special day and we are confident that our exceptional cuisine and impeccable service will make your wedding a memorable occasion for you and your guests.

 

The Embassy Suites Historic has a couple of different options within the hotel which can be used for your reception.  The Colonial Ballroom is richly decorated in ivory and forest green with two chandeliers and wall sconces.  This area can seat up to 150 comfortably.  Our Atrium area is a stunning room filled with lush greenery and a soaring skylight.  It is able to seat up to 200 people.  All of the following are items we include in the room rental fee:

*Classic White Linen and Napkins

*Skirted Buffet Tables

*China, Silver and Glassware

*Hotel Centerpieces which consist of a Hurricane Globe on a Mirrored Tile with Votive Candles

 

Our goal at Embassy Suites Historic Charleston is to make the wedding planning process as easy for you as possible.  That is why we also have wedding packages designed to accommodate your flower, chair cover and dance floor needs as well!
