About
Elite Design started out as a hobby in my spare time. I have since expanded into a one stop shop for event planning and floral designs. We can provide everything from locating the venue to the flowers, programs and favors. Your event can be as simple or as elaborate as you desire.

For more than five years, the most beautiful brides, weddings, receptions, parties, and celebrations of all kinds in Lithonia have been graced with the floral artistry of Elite Design. We have delighted the Metro-Atlanta area with floral designs of beauty, grace and distinctive personal style. We select only the highest quality material for your bouquet, floral arrangements and decor.

We understand that no two events are exactly the same; we offer a no-obligation one hour consultation to determine what works best for you. Our consultations are held by appointment to ensure that every client is given our undivided attention. It takes hours to research and locate reputable vendors that provide quality product at a fair price. Elite Design will do the research for you and comparsion shop within a network of reputable wedding professionals while remaining within your budget.

Assuming the mothers will not escort the bride or groom down the aisle, the groom’s mother is seated first (usually by the head usher or another son, if he’s in the wedding party), about 15 minutes before the ceremony begins. The mother of the bride is seated just before the processional (again, usually by the head usher or her son, if he’s an usher). The bride’s mother is the first to be escorted out (usually by her husband) after the wedding party recesses.

SECOND WEDDINGS AND VOW RENEWALS

Many couples renew their vows with a traditional ceremony, but there are a few dos and don’ts. White dress: Do. (Nowadays, white is regarded as a symbol of the joy of a wedding.) Train and veil: Don’t. (Both are usually worn by a woman who hasn’tyet been married.) You can choose any date you want; couples who renew on their wedding anniversarydo so for sentimental reasons. Finally, it’s inappropriate to mention anything about gifts - even the fact that you’re discouraging them -when sending wedding invitations; the best way to let guests know that you don’t expect presents is by word of mouth. Have your mom, sister, and other close relatives spread the word.
