Are there any special characteristics about this venue such as scenery or architecture?
There are three specialties that the Eden is known for:
1. Our expansive three-story atrium Courtyard which was recently renovated and can accommodate up to 350 guests.
2. We have 5 additional ballrooms and each has a different style and character than the other.
3. We offer a 25% discount off food selections for Fridays and Sundays all year round. (With the execption of Labor Day and Memorial Day weekend).
How does your venue determine the cost of the space?
Our charges are per person but the per person cost is up to each bride.
Do you offer any special packages for rehearsal dinners?
We will offer a 10% discount for rehearsal dinners if the recetions is booked at the Eden as well.
Do you rent other items such as linens, tables, or flatware?
We provide all the tables, chairs, linens, flatware, plateware and glassware. All of our banquet rooms have a permanent dance floor. The Courtyard is the only room where the dance floor can be modified.
What is your staff-to-guest ratio?
For our wedding receptions we will have 1 server for every 20 guests and we will have one bartender for every 125 guests.
Do you require clients to use a specific list of vendors?
We do have a preferred vendor list that we provide to our brides but we do not require that you select from that list.
Can the client provide their own alcohol if desired?
All alcohol must be provided through the hotel. Alcohol is not allowed to be brought in, however we can order in anything that is requested.
Does your venue often accommodate more than one event at a time?
Yes.
