ECLECTIC SONGS is professional, extremely customer oriented, committed, passionate, enthusiastic and fun.
What is your usual attire?
My Associate and I come professionally dressed in tuxedos.
If you do not have one of the songs pre-requested by the client, do you require that they provide it?
We make every effort to provide all music that is requested. However, if a song is extremely rare and we can't locate it, we request that it be provided by the couple.
How many other DJs do you work with?
Two
What is the minimum amount of time you will DJ for?
Our minimum price is based on three hours of service.
Is the client able to meet the DJ before booking?
There will be at least 2-3 in-person meetings prior to your event.
Continuous communication with the Bride and/or Groom through e-mail and phone will be held from the first in person meeting until that special day.
Do you specialize in any ethnic or international events?
As our Title( ECLECTIC SONGS) suggests, we will do it all.
Do you bring your own equipment?
Yes.
What (if any) special equipment, such as disco balls or lighting, is offered with your service?
Yes, we are known for our professional and unique light show. We have the latest lighting system, bubble machine, lasers, and fog machines
How much time do you usually need to set up? Do you require that the site or client provide a table for you to set up on?
Our set up time depends on what is required. For example, with For our light show, we need 120 minutes for set up. Without the light show a minimum of 60 minutes is required. Due to our affordable rates, yes we ask that the banquet hall provide a table or two as needed.
Do you have any extra space requirements?
We request two tables for our complete light show.
Do you usually emcee the event or talk between songs?
Yes, but we do not talk in between every song as many couples find that annoying. However when there is a fun song that is played, there is interaction and guest involvement.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
No
Will you arrange for recorded music to play during your breaks?
We provide music for the wedding ceremony(seating guests), cocktail hour, and dinner.
What is your backup plan in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
Yes
What is your overtime rate?
Our overtime rate is $100.00 pr. hr.
Do you charge for travel expenses? If yes, how much do you charge?
Travel Expenses are required when the location of the event is beyond the 2 hrs of our business location. The charge depends on the distance and the rate is based on current IRS mileage standards
