How many people can the ballroom hold?
We can accommodate up to 300 people in our ballroom.

How many people can fit at a table?
We can fit 8-10 people at each table. If needed up to 12 people can fit, but we would recommend 10 people. You can mix and match both size tables. The tables that hold 8 people are 60 inch rounds and the tables that hold 10 people are 72 inch rounds.

What time can my reception start?
Generally receptions start at 6:00pm and go until 12:00am, but exceptions can be made. Please ask for availability for your date.

What time can my ceremony start?
Ceremonies typically start 30 minutes prior to your reception start time. However, exceptions can be made.

Can we take pictures on the golf course property?
Photo opportunities are available around the clubhouse. However, no pictures can be taken on the golf course. Ask the catering office for photo ideas.

How early am I allowed into the room the day of my event?
It depends on the day, but at least 2 hours prior to your reception. However, the staff at Eagle Brook can set up anything you need. Just show us your vision and we can make it happen.

How early are the vendors allowed into the room the day of my event?
It also depends on the day, but at least 2 hours prior to your reception. The staff here recommends that the dj or band set-up all of his or her equipment before your guest arrival time.

What is the size of the dance floor?
The size of the dance floor is 18x21 feet, which is the size of the dance floor at most other reception venues. This is as large as it can be.

Will I be able to have a food tasting prior to booking my reception?
Yes, you can schedule a food tasting prior to booking your reception. Because it is your special day, we want to make sure you are satisfied with the food. Otherwise, we have a tasting here in February or March for all of the brides and grooms that have booked their reception at Eagle Brook. The Bride and Groom are free of charge and you can bring an additional 4 guests for $25.00 per person.

What is the minimum expenditure?
The minimum expenditure is different depending on the time of year and the day of the week. Ask the catering sales team for the minimum for your particular date.

Do you require a minimum number of people for the room?
No, we do not require a minimum number of people to use the room, just the minimum food and beverage expenditure.

Does Eagle Brook offer off peak or Friday and Sunday discounts?
Yes, Eagle Brook offers off peak discounts. We offer 15% off for any date in November – April. We also offer 15% off on Friday’s and Sunday’s. 

What is the service charge?
The service charge is 20% and covers paying the servers a higher hourly wage. This fee also covers the day to day expenses of the building. This is not considered a tip. However, tips are not necessary, but they are appreciated.

What vendors do you recommend?
We have a list of recommended vendors that we can provide you with.

What if you don’t have on your menu what we want?
If we don’t have something on our menu that you are looking for you can ask the catering sales team to see if your menu choice is something that we can do.

Do you offer kid’s meals?
Yes, we offer kid’s meals. They are $20.00 and you will choose from a few different items. The most common meal is chicken fingers and fries. The age for kid’s meals is 12 and under.

Do you offer a special meal for anyone that has special dietary needs?
Yes, we offer special meals for dietary needs. Just let us know what the need is and our chef can customize a meal for that person.
