We are photoshop junkies so we dabble with it all!
Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations?
We have experienced it all! We make sure to ask plenty of questions about your venue and even make a trip there if available to check out the lighting so we know what to look forward to!
Is your media preference film or digital?
We are all digital!

Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Yes, unless of course one of use has a medical condition which we are unable to do so...but that goes for anyone!
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
We will book ourselves for more than one wedding in a weekend. Sunday weddings happen too!
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
Yes
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
Our cameras, lenses, flash, up to 12gb of memory, extra batteries for both cameras and flashes, tripods/monopods (if needed), light reflectors/de-flectors...hair ties and lipgloss of course ;)
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Of course.
Do you charge hourly or full day?
We only charge hourly if there is a small wedding only event. Most all other events we only charge for full day!
Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?
Yes we are available for overtime and the price is negotiable.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
None if there is not enough of a lapse for non-shooting opts.
Do you charge for travel?
Only beyond 100 miles.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
3-6 weeks
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
Online veiwing as well as copyright released CD's.
How long can the client keep the proofs?
We generally do not offer proofs unless a copyright released CD is not desired.
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
No.
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
Yes.
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
Yes!
Will images be available for viewing online?
Yes!
What kind of albums do you offer?
We offer standard i-mount albums as well as custom cover magazine bound albums (Asukabook.com)
When will the client get the final album?
Once the layout of your album is finalized and approved by you we submit it to our print companies for print. The books tend to arrive within the week unless it is a Graphi book which requires more time. Approx. album time from design to in your hand is around 3-4 weeks after photos for your album are submitted to us!
