The quality of service was outstanding and remarkable compared to any other vendors I had spoke to prior to booking my event with DPC Video. As I chose to use video as one of my components on a last minute basis, DPC was quick to accept my needs, worked with my schedule, set up a professional meeting time and place and quickly got things finalized. I scheduled my video vendor 3 weeks prior to the wedding. This was something I was impressed with. I was offered samples of videos, sample covers to my DVD's, and different options to fit my individual needs. I am a very particular bride, know what I want, and was surprised to see that DPC was just as interested in making me happy. I never felt like a burden. The communication was amazing. Emails were responded to promptly. Every bride knows that waiting on a response for something to do with their special day is very nerve racking. I never waited for a response, I was responded with answers to all of my questions in full detail. I was also able to have input on how my wedding day would play out. Their presence at the wedding was unobtrusive, never really knew they were there, but captured every moment. They worked well with my photographer, which was great because those are the most important things during a wedding. Very flexible with my time schedule, prompt and early arrival on the wedding day and caught all of the special moments. Very dependable. And very good pricing for the outstanding work. I suggest this vendor over any other video company I have inquired with. My total 5/5 rating is an honest well thought out rating.
