About Kerra:

As a child I loved to create. I loved making everything from my own flower jewelry to the perfect homemade card. I kept up my creative hobbies all through school up until now. I had an exciting year of planning my wedding and having the privilege of helping other friends plan their weddings. With this new found enthusiasm and my degree in Business from Eastern Washington University, I decided to develop my own Wedding and Event coordinating business.

Throughout my lifetime I have been the spirited one among my family and friends in planning the next big events in their lives. Whether for my sorority house at EWU, my husband's fire department functions, or birthday parties for friends and co-workers, I always bring an element of excitement and creativity. No matter the event, I try to plan a party with personality.

-Wedding Packages-

This package is for the Bride and Groom who need help from the engagement, to the wedding.

• Initial consultation with Bride and Groom (complimentary)
• Ongoing unlimited consolation and accompanier throughout the planning process
• Help preparing a budget
• Preparing a schedule/timeline and checklists
• Assisting with selecting and booking of ceremony and reception venues, finding, negotiating and booking with suitable vendors
• Assisting with hiring the officiate for the ceremony
• Assisting with selecting the colors, theme, and style of the wedding
• Assisting with the design, printing, and mailing out of the save-the-date and invitations
• Accepting and Tracking RSVPs
• Assisting with wedding attire/accessories
• Co-coordinating with vendors
• Providing information to obtain a marriage license
• Ceremony and Reception Planning
• Consulting for seating list
• Attending and overseeing the rehearsal (up to 2 hours if needed)
• Directing the ceremony (If needed)
• Wedding day co-ordination (up to 10 hours, including setup and take down*)
• Providing a stress-free day for the Bride and Groom

Package 2

This package is for the Bride who has begun planning and just needs a little direction during the final days before the wedding.

Package 2 will begin 6-7 weeks before the wedding day. This package will include anything that the Bride needs done to make sure her spirits are up and her stress level is down.

• Accepting and/or tracking RSVPs
• Contacting bridal party to finalize events and timelines
• Contacting vendors prior to event to finalize arrangements
• Providing information to obtain a marriage license
• Finalizing and overseeing Ceremony and Reception planning
• Preparing timelines and checklists for Bride, Groom and Bridal Party
• Consulting for seating list
• Attending and overseeing the rehearsal (up to 2 hours if needed)
• Directing the ceremony (If needed)
• Wedding day co-ordination (up to 8 hours, including setup and take down*)
• Providing a stress-free day for the Bride and Groom

Package 3

This package is called the "Day of Package." This package begins approximately 3 weeks before the wedding day.

• Meeting with the Bride and Groom
• Contacting vendors prior to event to finalize arrangements
• Conveying timeline info to Bridal Party
• Attending and overseeing the rehearsal (up to 2 hours if needed)
• Directing the ceremony (If needed)
• Wedding day co-ordination (up to 6 hours, including setup and take down*)
• Taking care of any last minute details to ensure a stress-free day for the Bride and Groom
