Full Service Planning
An experience where we tackle all the tasks and planning minuta, so you can focus solely on the fun part: simply making the decisions and being excited for how it will all come together! We are there for you from the get-go, and serve as your ultimate wedding concierge. An all-encompassing service with unlimited communication and password-protected access to our planning software. This service includes event design, with full creation and implementation. We assist in creating the budget, breaking it down by section, and managing it throughout the planning process. We craft a custom weekend timeline, incorporating all other vendors, to create an effortless celebration. We are behind the scenes from start to finish as your event comes together. With onsite logistics management and personal client guidance, we focus on seamless and stress-free execution.
Event Design
Unlike planning, which is task focused, event design is creating a unique, consistent visual style for an event. We cast a detailed vision for your event that begins with a personalized inspiration board. From there, we build to include a functional layout with all aesthetic aspects, transforming the look and feel of the event space and bringing the design full circle: from the invitations, to the menu choice, to the decor and even the entertainment.
Event Management
Often defined as "month-of coordination" or “day of coordinator”, our event management is focused on carrying out all the logistical details on the day of your event as well as attending to your personal needs throughout the event. Your event team will be available to you from the time you sign, throughout your planning process. You will have access to the details of your event on our personalized planning software, which enables you to stay organized on top of tasks, rsvps & seating, as well as vendor information throughout your planning process.

Allie's prowess is anchored in experience and brimming with creativity; with over a decade in the world of event planning, her team is uniquely equipped to concept and deliver events that constantly exceed expectations.
Fluent in all nuances of logistical planning coupled with her background in design, Allie’s team has produced events that have been featured on Style Me Pretty, Martha Stewart Weddings, Magnolia Rouge, Wedding Sparrow and regularly in print in the Knot magazine.
When it comes to taking care of clients, Allie leads the charge in our team's uncompromising pursuit for excellence. Often described as "excellent at being firm but kind", she connects with a balance of transparency and compassion—keeping the client's priorities and their relationship as the focus of all communications.
As a wife and mom of two energetic elementary age children, a dog and cat, Allie is a confessed plant nerd with a penchant for escapes to the Blue Ridge Mountains. On non-event weekends, you'll likely find her at her children’s sporting events, curled up with a crossword, or cooking up a new adventurous recipe from scratch.
Anna brings her event, marketing, and social media background to Beckon Events. Her event career began in college when she started working in event production for the Miss South Carolina Pageant, as well as interning for event designers, coordinators, and then working for a renowned marketing agency.
She is the proud dogmom to Finn, and as a recently married bride, she spends her free time with her sweet hubby, Nick. As a Clemson ADPi grad, you can find her beside a tailgate for every free home game and lakeside for every possible summer weekend.
Born and raised in Michigan, Kayla has recently relocated to the Southeast. Working throughout college in the industry solidified her passion for events, and her love of travel + exploration pairs perfectly with our destination abilities. With a degree in business administration, she brings her logistical eagle eye and perfectionist touches to the team.
Guilty pleasure confession: Kayla enjoys catching up on all things Bachelor Nation related, and will never turn down an ice cream break at local Greenville's Spill the Beans.
