if we dont have it we will make every effort to get it, but if the the client has the songs they are more then welcome.

we insist on meeting with our clients for booking so we can explain all the services that are avalable to them

yes every piece of equipment is owned and not rented and we do carry back up equipment

one to four hours depends on the equipment needed

yes we do require a minumium of 6x12 area for dj.lighting on a standard set up.
 
Do you usually emcee the event or talk between songs?
we mc and cordinate the reception and only talk with the guest between songs only if requested by the client.
 
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
we do require that the client provide a meal for the dj and staff one to two persons depending in the size of event
 
Will you arrange for recorded music to play during your breaks?
yes if requested but we always have music going
 
What is your backup plan in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
we do have back up dj's ready to go i a moments notice as well as back up equipmet
 
What is your overtime rate?
overtime hours depend on the package you pick $$$
 
Do you charge for travel expenses? If yes, how much do you charge?
yes we do charge a travel fee for room accommodations if the event is more then three hours of drive time, multi day events.
