Derek has been in the deejay business since 1986 making his client’s engagements personable and memorable. He travels throughout the Washington D.C., Maryland, Northern Virginia and South Central Pennsylvania area.

Derek is recommended by many venues, vendors, wedding coordinators, and previous clients as their first choice for a deejay for that special occasion.

Derek’s goal is to provide the client with a stress-free planning process that will ensure the client’s vision becomes reality. Derek always puts the client first making sure they’re taken care of throughout the engagement. Derek’s music collection spans for the late 1940’s through the current hits of today.

Derek uses only top quality professional deejay equipment for his client’s engagement. This equipment includes JBL and Mackie self amplified speakers that provide a clear and clean sound throughout the venue. Derek Romanoff utilizes Serato Scratch Live (#1 computer program for deejays) with 2 Dell Laptop computers. He also has AT&T Internet Service at each and every engagement to enhance the availability of the music selections for his client.

Derek has additional equipment ready for booking when the client needs a 2nd system for secondary locations at the venue site and brings back up equipment to each and every engagement.  Derek has lighting packages available for booking to enhance the feel and look of your dance floor.
