Served buffet style, our setup can suit your needs from picnic style to formal.

For those brides looking for the more formal look, we offer our  Elegant Wedding Presentation, featuring Maximillian Steel Chafers, cloth linens and skirting, and upgraded plates, silver and napkins, as well as extra service for bussing and table clearing.

Specialty menus include Hawaiian Luau, Mexican, St. Patrick's Day, Octoberfest, Grill-On-Site, Holiday, Chicken and Ribs, and Breakfast.
