This is where we are supposed to tell you how great we are and why you should only hire me to videograph your wedding.  I have no doubt that I am the one you should hire, but I want you to figure that out for yourself.  After all, it's your wedding, It's our job to capture your dream coming true.

I do recommend that couples who are interested in reserving their date with Digital Motion Films do so in a timely manner.  Each year I have couples who call back to book their date, only to find that it is no longer available.

Why Professional Video?
If ever a single moment of your life is worth preserving, this is one. We capture the emotions, as only a moving picture can, and thoughts and moments deserve to be preserved... all the sights and all the sounds that photography can't do alone. Ask yourself this – if you could view your grandmothers 1st dance with your grandfather or the photo of it, which would be more of a memorable moment? The day will come soon when you will have friends and family that you once did not have. As oppose to just telling them about your wedding, they can relive it with you. The sights, sounds, and feelings of your day…there is nothing like it. After all, it only happens once.


I noticed that all of your packages come with at least two cameras covering the ceremony. Is this necessary?
Yes, we will always shoot with at least two cameras for your ceremony. There are moments that are just too important to chance. If uncle Bill stands up in front of our only camera during your first kiss then that moment will be lost forever. Not only that, but this gives you different angles and views of your ceremony giving you the movie feel and visual appeal of your day.

How will you know what I want in my finished video?
Every package we offer comes with a wedding consultation. What that means is we will get with you about a month before your wedding and find out what important elements you want captured. You can let us know what people, special events, and other content is important to you. We can also share other ideas that will enhance your wedding video as well as just get to know the both of you better in helping us personalized the video uniquely to your personality.

When should I expect my finished video?
On average, your video takes about six to twelve weeks, depending on the wedding package and wedding season. We spend a great deal of time to produce your video just right. We don’t want to rush this process; we want to give you a video you can be proud of and show your children and grandchildren. We want you to absolutely love your video!

Can I order extra copies of my wedding video?
Yes, extra copies can be made for friends or family and can be ordered by calling or e-mailing us with the name and wedding date. Each additional copy comes complete in its original custom case. All of our packages include multiple DVD’s for sharing with family.

How do I reserve my date?
You can call or email us to reserve your date. Because of the extra time we devote to each wedding, we limit our dates to ensure the best possible commitment to each wedding and they fill up fast. Or if you would like, we can arrange a meeting at our offices, over the phone, or at your home. We require only a $99 deposit to reserve your date. If you live out of the area, we can process everything by phone, fax, and e-mail. Find out more under the wedding packages page on our website.

I’m on a budget. Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we offer 3 different payment plans for everyone’s budget. The first option is to pay your $99 deposit to hold the date. Then we break the rest of the balance into 3 payments. The second option is to hold you date for $99 and if you pay the remaining balance in 30 days or less, you’ll get a 5% discount off the total price. The third option is to pay $400 down and not have to pay another cent until your wedding day.

What makes Digital Motion Films different?
We not only film your event but we will produce for you a video that will tell your story, take a look at our past work, I think you will find just this.

Will my videographer be obtrusive?
No. Like we always say, we are there to capture your day, not be apart of it. We will discuss all your details before your wedding date, so when the time comes, we are ready to go. Over the years we have acquired an extensive list of venders that love working with us because we never get in the way or are obtrusive in anyway and we help in any way we can.

How will the final video be packaged?
Your wedding film will be a personal movie created for your wedding day with it’s own custom packaging and DVD. The DVD has custom menus with music. Most packages come with chapter menus as well, so when you want to show your friend your vows, pop it in and select it on the menu.

I don’t know much about cameras and equipment so should I worry about what equipment you use?
Not at all. Without going in to all of the technological mobo-jumbo, rest assured we are always on the cutting edge of our craft using broadcast quality cameras, filters, tripods, steadicams, and other equipment, with the experience and know how to run them. We offer with every package the use of wireless microphones to capture your vows and other important moments for crisp clear sound. We come prepared with lots of footage, battery power and backup equipment to make sure nothing goes wrong, and if tries to, we’re ready.

How should I choose a professional wedding videographer?
You should choose a videographer that you are comfortable with most of all. We would like you to call or shoot us an email, and we want to get to know you, not as a vendor, but as friends. View the past work on our website or sample DVD. There are many different styles of shooting and editing. We are very versatile at personalizing your video to you because after all, this is your wedding, which is not like any other, so why should your video be.

Will I watch my video more than once?
Our clients tell us they watch their videos over and over again. We still watch ours years later. We're creating a movie of your wedding day that is fun and exciting to relive.

How are the songs selected on my video.
You pick the songs, or leave that up to us. Simple right? We say if you don’t like the song, you’re not going to like the video, and we can’t have that.

When do you show up and leave?
When do you want us to show up and leave? We are your videographers and you choose when you want us to be there. The only thing we ask is that we are there at least an hour before the ceremony. Other than that, it’s up to you. We will go over all of that during the pre-wedding day consultation

What is your style?
What is your style? This is dependent on you and your personality from the song selection to the editing style, traditional shots or more of a modern style. We produce wedding films, documentaries, 'Wedding Story' films, and others. Remember, it’s your wedding; let it be your wedding video.

Are your videographers a member of a videography association?
No, we are not affiliated with any associations of any kind. We have found that it’s not beneficial to you in the end for us to spend money on any association’s dues that you end up paying for. We keep all cost down, but yet still stay up on shooting techniques, editing styles, and all training that keeps us ahead of the curve.

Who will film my event?
We will. The people you speak to from day one are the same people that will show up at your wedding to do all the filming and editing of your video.
