While I offer all kinds of services, from a two-hour consultation to help establish a site, recommend great vendors and provide a timeline that includes timing for all of the things that need to happen from ceremony to last dance, to mid-range coordinating, I specialize in "Day Of" coordination in Sonoma and Napa Counties, I love helping the Wine Country bride who has her own sense of style to bring that singular vision of her wedding day to life. It’s so satisfying to see all of the pieces come seamlessly together when it comes time to say “I do.”

Having been in the hospitality industry in Wine Country for over a decade, I’ve seen that a coordinator can make the difference between a wedding day to remember and one you’d rather forget.

It’s vital to have someone to create and facilitate a realistic timeline for the different aspects of the day, from the seating of the guests for the ceremony, to the “last dance,” and everything in between. And there are the myriad details that must be expertly managed: place cards to be perfectly arranged, the unobtrusive gift table, the sign-in book, backup copies of speeches in hand to replace those that were inadvertently left in the hotel room – the padded box for those fragile Waterford toasting glasses and the family photos that need to be packed at the end of the evening.
