I belong to a Wedding Photographers' organization with a large number of members who are in touch round the clock. Covering a wedding on short notice is no problem.

Several Bodies with a selection of lenses with on and off camera lighting.
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Yes

Usually for the full day.

If hourly $200 hour
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
We will usually break when the bridal party break for their meal.
Do you charge for travel?
Yes for destination weddings. No for the NewYork Tri-State area.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
2 - 4 weeks
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
Online and clients can choose proof boxes or proof books.
How long can the client keep the proofs?
Online for 120 days, printed proofs are yours to keep.
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
Yes
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?

Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
As part of a package or for an additional fee.
Will images be available for viewing online?
Yes always.
What kind of albums do you offer?
Custom designed flush mount albums, fine art books, and matted albums.
