Calla Illusion cake. French Vanilla & Marble cakes. Buttercream icing with white chocolate swiss dots
Serves 100.

Chocolate, French Vanilla & Marble cake with Strawberry and chocolate filling. All buttercream icing decorated with fresh raspberries & blackberries. Table was decorated with burgundy chiffon material, raspberry/blackberry sprigs, candles & mirrors. Serves 166 as shown.

French Vanilla, Chocolate and Spice cake. Buttercream icing. Rolled ribbon roses and leaves made with fondant. Monogram made with Royal Icing. Serves 135 as shown.
Grooms cake: Cheese cake with chocolate swirls and chocolate covered Strawberries. Serves 16.

French Vanilla, Chocolate/Strawberry marble and Chocolate cake. Buttercream icing and chocolate buttercream scrolls with chocolate monogram. Fresh flowers and beads were used to decorate the table and a fresh flower bouquet was the topper.

Chocolate and yellow cakes with buttercream icing and dots. Silk rose petals, tulle and candles to decorate cakes, table and individual stands.
