The Crowne Plaza will provide a banquet server for every 30 guests in addition to our banquet manager who is on site for your entire evening.

The Crowne Plaza abides to the ABC Regulations of the Commonwealth of Virginia in prohibiting outside beverages inside the hotel.

The Crowne Plaza allows you to provide your own decorations and flowers. All decorations must comply with local fire laws. No crepe paper or candles with an open flame can be used in the Hotel. Use of tacks, nails, or glue to hang banners, posters or decorations is prohibited.
