Shelley is a rare find - a vendor who genuinly cares about her clients and will go the extra mile to make an event great. Not only does she feature balloons and invitations, she is an exceptional event planner and well known in the community. That's why she doesn't do much advertising. We have done many receptions together and I have seen her pull rabbits out of her hat on several occasions when it was necessary. She represents only quality products, and she will make sure your party goes well. Very highly recommended! -Charles
